To achieve this, we have partnered with reputed and reliable logistics companies across India who share our commitment to safe, efficient, and transparent delivery services.
Note: A standard shipping charge of ₹50 applies to all orders below ₹999.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Once you place an order on our website, our fulfillment team quickly gets to work:
- Each product is carefully inspected for quality and freshness.
- After passing the final quality check, the order is securely packed.
- The package is then handed over to our trusted logistics partners for prompt delivery.
Our delivery partners will contact you if they face any issues locating your address or reaching you at your preferred delivery time.
All items in your order — including free gifts or bundled offers — will be shipped together with an official invoice. While we aim to ship all products in a single consignment, some orders may be split depending on stock and warehouse locations.
2. Packaging Standards
We understand the importance of safe packaging, especially for Ayurvedic oils, syrups, and glass containers.
- Each product is individually wrapped in protective bubble wrap.
- Fragile products receive an additional cushioning layer.
- Finally, all items are placed inside durable, eco-friendly cardboard boxes before dispatch.
Once the package leaves our warehouse, Vaidyadeep Ayurveda takes full responsibility for any damage caused during transit.
3. Delivery Coverage Across India
Vaidyadeep Ayurveda ships to most pin codes across India through our network of verified logistics partners.
You can check delivery availability by entering your PIN code on any product page or during checkout. Our list of serviceable locations may change based on courier network updates.
4. Order Tracking Made Easy
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification containing your tracking ID and courier details.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch all in-stock products within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Delivery usually takes between 2–7 working days, depending on your location.
While we make every effort to ensure on-time delivery, unexpected delays due to weather, regional restrictions, or logistical challenges may occur.
Please Note: Vaidyadeep Ayurveda ensures timely dispatch but is not liable for delays caused by courier or third-party logistics partners.
6. Delivery Attempts & Schedule
Our courier partner will call before delivery to confirm your availability. Please ensure that your provided phone number and address are correct.
If you are unavailable during delivery:
- The courier will make two additional attempts.
- After three unsuccessful attempts, your package will be returned to our warehouse.
You can contact our Customer Care Team to reschedule delivery where possible.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on:
- Product weight and size
- Delivery location
- Packaging requirements
All applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout — no hidden fees or extra costs are added after payment.
Note: Orders above ₹999 are eligible for free shipping.
8. Missed Delivery or Reattempt
If no one is available to receive your order during delivery attempts, please reach out to our Customer Support Team immediately to arrange a suitable redelivery time.
We'll do our best to accommodate your request before the package is returned to our facility.
